Hi, Gob:

I'm sorry, but even after your clarification it's not really clear
what sort of answer you're looking for.

My best guess: you've been asked to imagine that you are managing a
restaurant.  Your task is to prepare a memo or presentation;
explaining why your current menu is not suitable, and how the menu
could be changed in response to your establishment's longer-term
goals.

Is that reasonably accurate?
