What are the current job prospects in the United States, especially at
smaller regional airlines, for FAA certified airline dispatchers?  How
does the demand for qualified dispatchers compare to the supply of
dispatchers trying to find work?  What factors other then an FAA
certification make an applicant more attractive to an employer?
