Hello,

Are there any diet pills or supplements for sale in the UK, in shops
like GNC or Holland and Barrett, that have been scientifically proven
to work?

I have been into these shops and I am cynical of whether these
products work, and the wide range of these pills makes it more
complicated to understand them. I am dieting/changing my eating habits
etc but would like to lose weight quicker.
