I am looking for Mortgage companies that refinance with fair credit score and no income verification.

Dear viva-ga, 

Do you happen to know what your credit rating is?  That would be
really helpful, as "fair credit" means different things to different
people.  If you know your credit scores from the three top rating
companies, please provide the middle rating.

Also, you say that you are looking for a mortgage with no income
verification.  Are you willing/able to verify assets?
