I have some personal correspondence of Nazi officials from WWII that
my great uncle had obtained. We would like to be able to sell them to
a museum or find someone willing to purchase them for historical
records, but would like to avoid any groups affiliated with Nazi
beliefs.

To make sure that these historic documents do not fall into the hands
of groups affiliated with Nazi beliefs, I would suggest starting your
search with established War Museums. I have done some searching for
you and I think the following museums would be your best bets.
