Need a list of grant writers for rehabilitation of a condominium
building in Arizona. These grant writers need to be familiar with
rehab types of grants and be able to research which grants would be
available to us for application. (The condo building is NOT in a
rural area and owners are not below the poverty line altho some have
minority ancestry. Many Federal grants seem to be directed toward
poor, rural, minorities and thus would not be helpful. Many units are
rented by low income people and minorities.)

Answer definitely deals with the subject but of the sources shown most
seem to deal with only their state and/or with "pure" social
non-profits and not helpful for our fixed or lower middle income group
seeking help multiple unit rehab assistance.
