Can you please find out the name and business address of the "Regional
Sales Manager" of Saturn in the San Francisco Bay Area? I'm not sure
"Regional Sales Manager" is the correct title, but I need to know who
is the boss of all the Saturn Dealerships in the San Francisco Bay
Area.

Thanks!

Hi u212s793er-ga,

Thanks for asking this question. I own a Saturn and it's one of the
best cars I've ever had. I found the information you are seeking,
although it may not be exactly what you want, it is the answer.

To answer this question, I contacted Saturn's Corporate Headquarters
(at 1-800-553-6000) and spoke to "Deedee" in Customer Service. The
Saturn Corporation is a wholly owned subsidiary of General Motors
Corporation, and each individual dealership is separately owned and
operated by individuals, therefore there is not a "regional
representative" per se... These individual owners have full control
over their dealerships in regards to purchasing, advertizing, pricing,
service, and all aspects of day to day business.

I pressed Deedee further and asked her ..."if one person at Saturn had
to make a decision or policy change affecting several dealerships in
California, who would that be?..."

She replied that it would be Annette Clayton, the President of Saturn.

Annette Clayton
Saturn Corporation
100 Saturn Parkway - MD371999 S24
Spring Hill, Tennessee 37174

The "MD" numbers are for her specific mail drop and stop number.

Additionally, Jill Lajdziak is Vice President of Sales, Service and
Marketing, as seen here:
http://www.autointell.net/nao_companies/general_motors/saturn/saturn-management/saturn4.htm
...but she is not in charge of any dealerships.

I hope this helps...

I have two questions for you:
1) Are Saturn Dealerships corporate owned by GM?
I worked for Ford, and Ford's will not be. Saturn is
different, but I am not sure how they are structured.
2) Depending what you are looking for, there could
be a Regional Manager who is in charge of all the
dealership GM's or, if they are independents, there
might be a zone manager or his boss. Most Big 3s
have Regional Sales Offices in major cities, I'd start
by calling SF and LA directory assistance to get
them. Good luck, and to better enable a researcher
to answer your question, you might want to give
them a better idea of why you want to talk to this
person. Example - if it is Sales related for a specific
dealer (ie problem) then you may want the GM's boss,
or if they are independent, you might want to find the owner.

I'm sorry, I don't have the answer to your questions.

I called information, and they did not have any information for me.

Scriptor answered my first question regarding information about
Saturn,...maybe he could go back to the same resources he used
previously, to answer this one.

thanks!
