I have information about the USA, Canada and Mexico, ok, this is a
small part of the world.
And I was just wondering: Seems this information enough to you?
I have an estimation of the number of wastewater treament plants in
the three countries, and also info about how many of them needs
repairing.

The countries I'm most interested in (besides the north American
countries you mention), are: Germany, UK, France, Holland, Italy,
Spain, Greece, Turkey, Brazil, Japan, Australia and eastern Europe
countries.

There does not seem to be a single source for all the data.  Here is a
start:

   For Czech Republic, 212 Waste Water Treatment plants for municipal
areas above 5000 "population equivalents", consisitng of 13 for over
50,000 PEs, 40 for 20,000-50,000, 59 for 10,000-20,000 and 100 for
5,000-10,000 PEs.
  If this is the kind of data you are looking for, I'll find some more
for you after dinner.
