Right now, Blue Domino hosts my website, and they are terrible.  My
site goes down, sometimes for days at a time, MySQL goes down, right
now my phpbb has been down for 4 days!!!!!  I've had enough.

I've tried to find websites that compare the reliablility of web hosts
and I don't have any luck.

What I want is to be able to compare hosts features, price, etc., but
what I REALLY want is to know who is most reliable.  Uptime, MySQL,
PHP, cgi; this is what is important to me, but most of all:  UPTIME
(and actually have email work, too, which is another thing Blue Domino
sucks at!!!)
