Hi to everyone, this is my first time using the Google Answer's
Service and I hope that you will be able to help me precisely
answering the question.
I need help as effectively as possible please...my deadline for this
2000 word essay (excluding referncing and bibliography is not included
in thw word count. is on Tuesday 18th of March 2003.

Here is my Essay question as follows;

Individual learning and knowledge management has to be focused to
ensure that organisations achieve their goals.

Please attach the Referncing through Footnotes and Bibliography using
Harvard's Style.

Assessment Criteria:

1. The answer to the question must be written in essay style and
should be no longer of 2000 words.
2. Address the question
3. Give a well structured answer with good punctuation, spelling and
grammar
3. Demonstrate familiarity with the relevant literature
4. Show an ability to analyse concepts and theory in relation to the
qestion asked
5. Show evidence of wide reading and not just reliance on lecture
notes
6. Use proper referncine (Harvard Style
7. Give detailed reference list (bibliography at the end of the essay
Failure to do so this will result in an automatic deduction of 10%
from your overall grade for the assignment.

P.s. could you use footnotes please.
(I found a not very usefull link for my essay title, however it
touches slightly on knowledge management whereas my essay title begins
from, individual learning to knowledge management and then focused to
ensure that organisations achieve their goals.)

My main text book that I use is called; Organizational Behaviour,
written by Andrzej Huczynski & David Buchanan (2002), Publishers name,
Prentice Hall.

This essay is linked to the following learning outcomes 1,3 & 5
1. Introduction & Nature of Organizations, including fromal and
informal
2. Individual preceptions and differences
3. Motivating People 
Possibly on, Organizational Structure
