Thanks for asking!
I believe you can best find the data you require, in custom generated
reports available from the NOAA National Climate Data Center. The
pre-formatted reports are generally compiled in a one month format,
with all days in a particular month appearing on the same page of an
ASCII delimited text file, however you may also generate custom
reports from the available data. You may view a SAMPLE of the report
format at:

The pages you need in order to obtain the reports are dynamically
generated with each request. You'll start at the Weather Station
Locator page, and scroll down approximately 2/3's of the way down the
page to the three Scottsdale weather stations. Select one of the
Scottsdale stations.

The Data Inventories and Digital ASCII files are the products that
best fit your requirements. By selecting from drop down menus and
filling in search textboxes, you may create customized reports
containing only the data you need.
Additionally, the Western Regional Climate Center offers both online
data, and offline summaries of Arizona Historical Climate Data, by
reporting station, that may also be of interest. I have also found the
NOAA, especially the Western Regional Data Center to be extremely
helpful via e-mail of telephone. You'll find contact information
listed on the website.
