Hi there,

Considering the size of their customer base, one would not expect to
get a personal response. However, as you have probably found, they
don't make it easy to contact them - so they are unlikely to get many
folk contacting them, which is good for you. Here's their contact
info:

Hotmail Corp, (408) 222-7000, 1290 Oakmead Pkwy, Sunnyvale, CA 94085

Their official page only mentions the abuse email address, but it may
be worth sending a message to the other most likely addresses, which
have been mentioned on-line here and there:
http://www.hotmail.com/cgi-bin/dasp/ua_info.asp?pg=contact_hotmail&_lang=EN

abuse@hotmail.com
info@hotmail.com
help@hotmail.com

Search strategy: (408) 222-7000 (found via Pink's link)

Best wishes,

Thank you, RobertSkelton, that is definitely a help. I was really
hoping for an e-mail address that wouldn't trigger a bot reponse, but
a street address will do. I do thank PinkFreud as well for the
assist. One wonders why they are as elusive as all that.

They don't make it easy, do they?

This isn't very helpful, but I found it in the "Help" section of the
MSN Hotmail site:

http://www.hotmail.msn.com/cgi-bin/dasp/ua_info.asp?pg=contact_hotmail&back=svcs&from=svcs&_lang=EN

Here is some info that might be of use:

http://groups.google.com/groups?selm=udkIuyMo%23GA.248%40cppssbbsa02.microsoft.com&oe=UTF-8&output=gplain

I can't verify the phone number listed in that newsgroup post, since I
have a hearing loss and can no longer use the telephone.

I hope another Researcher can turn up more for you.
