alternative is that it is listed as a restuarant or a nightclub?

Is the bar located in the city of Barcelona or in the Province of
Barcelona? I have located a "Pub 13" in a coastal town some kilometers
outside the city. This town is part of the Province of Barcelona.
Should the location really be the city of Barcelona, is it possible
that the name is "Club 13"?

It is definitely in the city centre.  Yes it is possible that it is called club 13
