The most recent version of Powerpoint (which I have been using for
several months now) has an annoying "feature" that can't find a way to
disable. When pasting an image to a slide that has existing images
(positioned and sized) these existing images seem to get resized and
moved. But stragely this does not appear to happen all the time
(although once it happens in a particular circumstance there seems no
way around it).

Does this ring any bells? I'm sure it must be something very simple -
a configuration setting that I've overlooked.

I'm using PowerPoint version 2002 (SP2) on XP Professional

Regards.
ANDREW
