The largest such company that I know of is Cybersource.  They provide
many sorts of electronic payment services, including tax caluclations.
Over 3,000 businesses use their services, including over half of the
Dow Jones Industrial companies.

It appears that Cybersource actually integrates the Taxware offerings
in their product.  If you are only looking for tax calculation, it may
