Hello Tom,

Your question is an interesting one, not the least reason being that
researchers cannot provide information on private individuals, such as
Ruth's heirs. But there is some publicly available information that
might be of interest.

Ruth's two daughters Dorothy and Julia (who now use their married
names), registered the words "Babe Ruth" as a trademark, and licensed
its use to the Babe Ruth League to sell league products bearing the
Babe Ruth name. A management services group was also engaged by the
sisters to license the "Babe Ruth" name to third parties (such as
yourself).

Would contact information for the Babe Ruth League and the management
group holding the license suffice as an answer to your question? Or
do you need to contact the heirs directly?

Hello again Tom,

You ask some tough questions, but I'm doing my best (as I'm sure are
other researchers).

The Babe has a ton of heirs as you might imagine. A number of his key
family members are represented by a management company and have asked
that all requests for contact go through the company. I have the name
and email address of the contact person at the company.

Shall I post it as a reply? If not, I fear your question may be
unanswerable (and a reminder...you can change the price offered for
your question anytime before it is answered if that seems appropriate
to the circumstances).
