How do I make my company appear first when someone is running a search

You can't "make" it appear first, however there are a number of ways
to help it rise higher in the results - would you like a quick list?

i guess it also depends how someone is searching for your product. if
someone types an exact phrase which appears on your website, then it
is likely your site will appear first or somewhere near the top.
e.g "we make the best juice"

To show your company name on Google or any other search engine, 
1.The name of your company should appear maximum times on your any
given page (of your website)

2. Search criteria should be fitered.
