But please provide to me a little more clarification of your answer. I
want to mention that I need 'greater than 100% loan-to-project cost
mortgage loan' from www.aareal-bank.com international financial
organization for purchase of residential resort property in the
Portugal country for 'investment' so therefore I want to know that
Aareal bank can provide to me the above mentioned loan so that I
should be able to 'apply' to it for that purpose? Thanks for your
help.

if you can provide to me a little more clarification of the purpose of
Aareal bank. I want to mention that in its particular webpage of

finance requirements", I want to know that what 'purpose and
meaning' does that mentioned sentense indicates in that webpage? Many

You asked the purpose of their website, or did I misunderstand your
question?
The question of their Aareal Bank's informational booklet, "The
International Property Specialist Logistics Financing", which they
have available for download at the link you stated above -

informational booklet available for download from their Website, and
really constitutes a separate question.
The sentence you are asking about, "our experts are ready to deal with
your complex investment projects and finance requirements" means that
they have experts who are ready to deal with your complex investment
projects and finance requirements. Whether or not they are able to -
or even wish to - finance any project is, of course, another question.
There is no guarantee they will even consider, let alone actually
furnish a loan. Their booklet does not mention the criteria they are
willing to consider in order to be available to finance any project.
I'm sure this answers your question by now.
You will have to directly contact them with your own requirements in
order to determine if they are willing to deal with your complex
financial needs. There is nothing that guarantees that they will do
so.
