I have send an e-mail to Brown&Sharpe asking for the manual and they
respond to me with the following:
Please let me know what the FAB/MOD number is on the plate on the
back of the hite gage. It consists of a number, a letter, then about
six
more digits. This will let me know which series you have.

the ident.no. on the height gage is 7J 0069 11. hope the help .let me
know if you require more info.i think this should do  it.

The part# is 99-90180-2 and lists for $25.70. If you need a
distributor, please let me know where you are located so that I may
direct
you to one.

contact with the distributor.
The best thing to do right now is that you follow the e-mail exchange
in order to get the manual.
