I manage some multiple occupancy serviced offices. The tenants (and
outsiders) can book meeting rooms (which one?, when?, what catering?
what ancillary equipment?) and other services from the receptionist. 
The receptionist also needs to keep track of changing occupant
telephone numbers, have local information at his / her fingertips,
keep control of consumables, organise minor maintenance and other
tasks associated with day to day building management. Location UK.

I do not understand. I wish you could have given me a chance to
clarify my answer first before giving me a low rating. I will however

Suggested software does not seem to be designed for managed workspace
administration which is what I asked for. As it does not meet my
requirements I have given it a low rating.
