I have a solid brass paperweight, probably about 100 years old with
the makers imprint of the backside.  I want to identify the foundry,
if possible.  The imprint reads "E.N.&W.F.SOPER".  The F. has some
abrasions by it, but I can (with mag glass) see nothing to suggest
that it's anything but an F.  Identify the foundry, its dates of doing
business, location of factory, information about the owners, would all
be appreciated.
