I bought a "License" for a "Pay" service called INcredimail"   My
computer crashed, (i was able to save this much) and the service says
they "Can't find me on their" files !!  (BIG SURPRISE! ) Yeah...right
!! However I have the LICENSE locked in a file called IM-LTWIZ-IMK 
with a lock icon on top of the icon for thr mail service.  When I
click on it it will not open up, of course, but I know the License
number for that program is in that locked file!!

How can I convince Incredimail to help me or else crack the "lock" on
the filein "MY documents?"

One idea is to open the file with a text reader such as Notepad or
Wordpad.  Just run the program, go to the File>Open menu, change File
Type to All Files, then find the file you want to open.  Then see if
you can find the license number among the strings of characters in the
file.  Of course, if it is encrypted, this won't work, but it's worth
trying.
