I am looking for information on the reliability of high-speed electric
motors (100,000+ RPM). This might involve mean-time-between-failure
(MTBF) statistics, methods of measuring reliability, or official
testing/measuring standards for these motors. Cite all sources, online
or otherwise.

There is no answer at this time.

A motor runing at 110,000 rpm wears out it's barings 100 times faster
(perhaps more) than a motor running at 1100 rpm, so the reliability
should be much less for the high speed motor. Neil
