Well I thinking of making my p2p program.Well since there are some
cost to make such program I am looking for something like the
following.Person or bussiness gives me probally around $20,000 to help
with the startup cost.They get a percentage of the all money generated
by the program such as adverting.Where is the best place to look for
people or bussinesses willing do that?

I suggest that you devote some time to producing a carefully-prepared
business plan before trying to find investors. Few people, if any, are
likely to even consider giving you $20,000 if all you can tell them is
"I thinking of making my p2p program."
