Well, the best I can come up with for you is the report cards for each
school that include various testing rates. Indeed, the New Jersey
Department of Education website states "Parents often call or write
the department to ask us which ones are the "best" schools. Our reply
is that the department does not rank schools"
These report cards do, however, provide sufficient information to make
certain comparisons between the 2 schools if that is ultimately what
you are looking for.
For example, in 2001-02, the statewide assessment average rates for
West Morris-Mendenhall were 597 in math, 568 for verbal. The state
averages were 514 and 495 respectively.
In Arizona the testing is broken down a bit differently, with reading
and writing being separated out, not called 'verbal'. In University
High's case, the average score for math is 557, for reading is 585,
and for writing is 559. The state averages were 512, 447, and 480.
Viewing those figures, University students are weaker in math (557 v.
597) and higher in verbal skills (585/559 v. 568).
However, there is an interesting newspaper article called "Seven ways
to evaluate an education". <
http://www.nj.com/news/ledger/schools.html#evaluation > It was
written in 1997, but the points it raises are still valid. And as the
article points out, "The ranking should start the exploration, not end
it.". I recommend the article highly. (By the way, it rates West
Morris-Menden as 19 out of 58 schools in the IJ group, which is the
richest district socioeconomic category for NJ schools.)

If this is sufficient, I would be glad to re-post it as an answer to
your question.
