If you want to know where you can make an appointment for your child
to take the OLSAT, it would help Researchers to know where you live.

Would you be interested in ordering this test by mail?
In order to do so, this test must be administered by a qualified
tester who has been pre-approved and registered.

This link may be of interest to you:
http://www.bjup.com/services/testing/academic_testing/olsat.html
Be sure to check the links. There are specific rules and guidelines
mandated by the publisher in regards to the qualifications of testers.
Also, it's possible that you can test your child, but only if you meet
certain criteria. That information is here:

Psychological tests are usually extremely hard to get ahold of by any
other means than going directly to the publisher. They tend to be
heavily, heavily copyrighted. It is dimly possible that you can obtain
a copy from an academic library, but not likely.
