Several years ago I saw the last half of movie or TV-movie on TV that
that took place during WWII about a woman who becomes a spy. She is
captured by the Nazis and tortured, and she finally yields revealing
where she has information written on a tiny piece of paper. A late
scene shows her a broken soul, exiting from a concentration camp. The
movie was in color and did not appear to be an old movie. There were
no stars that I recognized. I would like to know the name of the
movie, and where I can buy or rent it.

The following movies have been ruled out: Shining Through, Charlotte
Gray, Hanna's War, Plenty, Max and Helen.

Could it be "Wish Me Luck"?

Wish Me Luck (3/91)
This ITV drama shows the feminist side of World War II and the British
women sent into occupied France to spy on the Nazis. Under-rated but
involving drama gets soapy at times, but the tension is real and
sustained when the women are "in country." With Julian Glover.

Thank you for choosing my question, and please accept my apology for
not getting back to you sooner. I can't say one way or another about
"Wish Me Luck", but I don't think the woman had a British accent. I
think I would have noticed and remembered that. She had dark hair, and
possibly somewhat resembled the actress who was in "Eleni". Also, the
movie seemed to center around her, not around a group of women. From
the tiny bit of the movie I saw, I formed the impression that she was
working with a man whom she cared for. In fact, I believe her breaking
point may have come when they lied to her and told her he was in on it
with them. Her capture was in a place that may have been a Railroad
station or someplace like that. Since I didn't see the movie from the
beginning, my guess is that I was flipping channels, so it could have
been any cable channel, including HBO or Cinemax. I was in New Jersey
when I saw it, probably sometime in the mid to late nineties.

Could the movie you are talking about be “Betrayed” (1954) starring
Clark Gable, Lana Turner and Victor Mature?
http://us.imdb.com/Title?0046770

As you can see, Lana Turner had dark hair for this movie and it was
one of the few movies in which she was not a platinum blond (which
might have added to the difficulty answering this question)

If this is the movie please let me know and I can expand on it a bit
more, or if this is not the movie, but the right type of film (era,
plot, etc) perhaps I can find other similar titles.

Thanks;

Two questions occur to me:

Did you see the movie on a pay-cable service like HBO or Showtime, or
was it airing on broadcast television?

Did you see this movie in the US, in Europe, in Australia, or
elsewhere?
