Question ID: 178575
There was this film that I saw on late-night TV in the early 1990's.

It featured a short scene where a businessman and a woman wearing, I
think, a blue dress were in the back seat of a limo.

The man locks eyes with her and starts pulling back the dress, and...
that's all I remember. It was a very tense scene, and very sexy.

I can't remember anything else. Odds are, however, that it was a
B-grade film, seeing it was on late at night on free-to-air.

And no, it wasn't a porno.

What is the name of this film?

Do you recall if the man was Kevin Costner?

In the scene that I'm thinking of, Kevin Costner was a military man
(dressed in a tuxedo), while the woman was wearing a black dress, so
I'm not sure whether it is the film you are looking for. The film
came out in the 1980s, so it could have appeared on late-night TV in
the early 1990s.

Based on the following description, could it be "Wild Orchid"?

"Scene Description:
Limousine

Comment:
The main characters Mickey Rourke and Carrie Otis are in a limo with
her and someone tears open her blouse and caresses her breast. A quick
and sensual scene for a desirable older actress."

flashv,

The film you're referring to is "No Way Out" which, as justaskscott
pointed out, is not the answer.

googleexpert,

Well, I hired Wild Orchid on Sunday to check if it was the one. Big
Mistake. After fifteen minutes of boredom I ended up fast-forwarding
the tape. And what the hell happened to Mickey Rourke's face? It
looked like a leather suitcase with ears.

Anyways, I found the so-called "sensual" limo scene. "Ridiculous"
would be a better description. Wild Orchid is not the answer.

But hey, thanks for the attempt. Keep 'em comin'.

flashv,

I have not yet rented "My Chauffeur", but judging from its imdb.com entry:

http://us.imdb.com/Title?0091579

it is a comedy, indeed a "Cheery Little Flick".

The film I'm thinking of is definitely not a comedy, so I don't like its chances.

Based on the following link, could it be Ultimate Desires(1992)?

googleexpert,

I checked it out, and Ultimate Desires is not The One.

I found 2 more movies that "might" have the scene you're talking
about. Prom Night IV
New Nightmare

googleexpert,

It's not Prom Night IV, and it's not New Nightmare. But you did help
me realise something: the movie was not a horror film.

Based on excerpts from the screenplay to "Wall Street", I think it may
be the film you're looking for
http://sfy.iv.ru/sfy.html?script=wall_street

If that is not the film, do you remember any famous actors from the
film and when the film could have been made?

Clarification of Question by markabe-ga on 16 Apr 2003 02:10 PDT
googleexpert,

Ah, Wall Street. One of my favourite films... but no, it's not The
One.

As for famous actors from the film, I didn't get to see enough to know
anyone that starred in it.

When was the film made? My guess is the late 80's/early 90's.

As the previous question indicates, the film is not "No Way Out", as I
(and tlspiegel-ga, who withdrew her answer) had thought.

No straight answer, but I do remember a film from that era which
contained a 'raunchy' limo scene with that dark haired actress from
Officer and a Gentleman and also appearing in some detective spoof
whose name I can't remember.
Was Gene Hackman in it too? Do remember something military, also
someone falling from a staircase balcony. Hope this helps to jog a
memory and bring resolution.

"My Chauffeur" certainly had a businessman and a limo and is that era.
