Greetings, 5555!

It does indeed look like http://www.psychsolutionsonline.com has
disappeared from the web.

A visit to Better WhoIs (which provides Internet Domain Registration
information) shows the following for that web address:
" Domain Name: PSYCHSOLUTIONSONLINE.COM
   Registrar: NETWORK SOLUTIONS, INC.
   Whois Server: whois.networksolutions.com
   Referral URL: http://www.networksolutions.com
   Name Server: ONYX.NBNET.NB.CA
   Name Server: OPAL.NBNET.NB.CA
   Status: REDEMPTIONPERIOD
   Updated Date: 12-mar-2003
   Creation Date: 02-feb-2001
   Expiration Date: 02-feb-2003 <---
NOTICE: The expiration date displayed in this record is the date the
registrar's sponsorship of the domain name registration in the
registry is
currently set to expire. This date does not necessarily reflect the
expiration
date of the domain name registrant's agreement with the sponsoring
registrar. Users may consult the sponsoring registrar's Whois
database to
view the registrar's reported date of expiration for this
registration."
http://www.betterwhois.com/bwhois.cgi?domain=www.psychsolutionsonline.com+&x=8&y=15

Normally a "WhoIs" inquiry will show the contact information for the
owner and for the webmaster of the URL.

But as you can see, the ownership of this URL expired on February 2,
2003, and was not renewed. When that happens, the site's hosting
company will usually remove a site immediately, partly in the hope of
getting the owner to pony up the renewal fee, but also to make sure
that they don't get any more service than that for which they have
already paid.

Unfortunately, the Internet Archive Wayback Machine indexed this URL
only once, apparently before the actual site was ever put up:
http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://www.psychsolutionsonline.com

I'm not sure what the content of that site was, but perhaps this
currently active site would serve as a good substitute:
http://www.allpsych.com

I hope that this Answer provides you with exactly the information you
were seeking!

Regards,

aceresearcher
