rkm100,

Are you wanting to find someone willing to customize it for you for
free, or just for a free text of basic agreements which you can have
customized?

Greetings, rkm100!

I understand from your response to my Clarification that you would be
willing to accept the basic text of these agreements as an Answer.

Pirated-Sites.com is a website dedicated to unmasking plagiarizers of
another website designer's "look and feel".

However, to assist website designers in protecting themselves,
Pirated-Sites.com actually **invites** you to use their boilerplate
Terms of Use, Terms and Conditions, Disclaimer, and Agreement located
here:
http://www.pirated-sites.com/legalese

As you mentioned, you will need to have this "boilerplate" text
customized (preferably by an attorney specializing in Internet law) to
suit the needs of your particular site.

Search Strategy

boilerplate "Terms of Use" website

I believe that that this Answer provides you with a great groundwork
for your own agreements, and I hope that you find it extremely
helpful.
