Can you supply me with the Ship's Manifest (Captain's personnel log)
for the SSLNG Capricorn which is a ship owned by Japan and managed by
PRONAV Ship Management Co. for October November December 2002?

I know that this is a reposted question and the price has been upped
considerably, but I don't think you are going to get an answer.
Firstly there are rules about the giving out of personal information.
Secondly, the ship's manifest or articles are very unlikely to be
online as they are usually kept on board the ship, before being filed
with the owning country's authorities. Your best chance is to either
contact PRONAV or try the Japanese shipping authorities.
