I am having a problem with Nikon Digital Imaging technical support in
Melville, New York. Basically over the past 20 days I have sent them
multiple emails requesting the price on an upgrade, and have not
received an answer other than the "autoresponders" for over two weeks.
I want to make Nikon Japan aware of the service quality of their U.S.
support organization. I need email addresses of responsible executives
that might get things moving for me. FYI - The CEO’s name is Shoichiro
Yoshida and COO’s name is Teruo Shimamura. ** But any email will do,
incld the PR department **

This is a very difficult question to answer, mainly due to the
language differences.

As you can see from the following Google searches, there are simply no
email addresses listed for either of these people.

The majority of these results are simply press releases with no
contact information at all.
However, one result from the second search gave me a lead.
The page at http://jpgsonline.com/INFORM2001/content/pbrlist.htm (just
over half way down the page), gives the address and telephone number
of the public relations office for the director of Nikon Japan,
Shoichiro Yoshida.

They appear to have many web sites indeed, from the main Nikon Japan
site I followed a link from the Site Map [

"Nikon's Business Domains" page [
http://www.nikon.co.jp/main/eng/portfolio/domains_e.htm ] which then
points to the main Nikon Imaging web site [
http://www.nikon-image.com/eng/index.html ].

From this web site, I followed the Site Map link and found the link
for "Digital Imaging Customer Support":
http://www.nikon-image.com/eng/sitemap/index.htm (near the bottom)
After clicking on this link, then the "Japan" link, I was then finally
taken to the Nikon Asia-Pacific Support Centre [
http://www.nikon-asia.com ] which has an email form that you can fill
in to contact several departments.
Simply click on the "Contact Us" link to reach this page.

Hopefully, either this form or the address I mentioned earlier for the
PR department will suit your needs.
The company clearly do not like to give out email addresses for any
particular person or department on the web sites, they seem to prefer
that you contact your local distributor instead of Nikon directly.

I also found this page of email addresses which may help if the above
information does not which is at:

The US web site [ http://www.nikonusa.com/usa_contact_us/cu_catalog1.jsp
] (bottom of the page) has a general "Nikon World" contact number
