I would like a list of companies in the U.S. that publish and sell in
quantity
for direct mail distribution customized real estate newspapers. These
companies
should be similar to (a) Custom House Publishers,
www.customhousepublishers.com
or (b) The Real Estate Insider, www.TherealestateInsiderNewspaper.com
or the service they offer.

These are small, ( 8-12 page ) newspapres that personalize sections to
become custom-like newspapers not newsletters. these publishers print
and sell these in quanites greater than 500.

20 in circulation, or the Top 20 for some other criterium?

If there are 20 of these publishers we would like to know. Probably
the most important criteria is how Large is there volume of $ sales
per year and how long have they been in business. They normally will
sell and direct mail to zip codes for us at a minimum of 500
customized papers.
