In the USA, how many money order transactions happen a year?  What are
the fees charged to the user to buy the money order, and what is the
fee charged to cash one?  What is the break-down by industry and
sector for using money orders?  Where are they used?If possible, I
would like to know what is the % of money orders used to pay for web
purchases.
