I would like a research about the story of PGP(Prety Good Privacy) and
GPG(GnuPG).I'd like to know the full story of Phil Zimmermann (with
PGP and GPG).Also who owns what(copyright) at these days. Finally I
would like to know the compatibilities and uncompatibilities beetween
them as well as the cryptography methods they are using and how they
differ(no details about the methods, just who they are and in what
order they are used).I don't want general encryption articles, just the
ones concerning the above.

Good to see someone intersted in PGP.
http://www.philzimmermann.com/index.shtml is one of the best resources
for info on Phil you can even write to him there.
When i did my research project on PGP i used this site
http://www.pgpi.org/doc/pgpintro/ which told me everything about PGP
also compatabilities / uncompatabilites between them.
Phil Zimmermann still owns copyright on PGP and GPG
for the types of encrytion check out
http://www.cryprite.com/042ETYPE.HTM for the differences with PGP and
GPG check out http://www.linuxsecurity.com/articles/cryptography_article-1513.html
I really hope this helped a little
