Hi,

Relatively simple question: I am looking for the full citation of a
specific Wall Street Journal Article. I would like the title, name of
reporter, and date published. If you can find a link to the full text
I would be happy to offer a tip.

Here is what I know:

A non-Wall Street Journal article, published February 11, 2003,
reported that:

"last week the Wall Street Journal ran a similar story, reporting that
"after aid to Republicans," pharmaceutical firms had won out over the
world's poorest nations." And that the pharmaceutical industry poured
more than $50 million in Congressional elections last November in
support of the Republicans

I believe that the article I am looking for includes these two
excerpts:

- "days after the election, when the international trade talks
threatened their profitable drug patents, the companies sought help
from the Republicans. And got it"
- "the episode amkes one fact of American political life undeniably
clear: After spending millions of dollars on campaign help in recent
years, the pharmaceutical industry has accumulated powerful friends it
can turn to in a pinch."

Again, I am searching for the title, date published and reporter name
of the article in the Wall Street Journal. I do not want articles
that simply refer to the original article, I need the original source.

A link to the full text would gain an extra $3 tip.

Many thanks, and please ask if you need clarification.

Reporter: TOM HAMBURGER

In addition here is the direct link to the full text of the article

Exactly what I wanted, and fast! Since I didn't have time to do the
search myself, I'm very thankful that you could help me meet a
