I have looked into this a little bit for you.

There are a number of agencies, both governmental and
non-governmental, who are assisting refugees in relocating; many of
them are helping to make travel arrangements. Some of these agencies
are listed in your previous Question

As I am in the US, to find out with whom those agencies are working to
make travel arrangements, I would have to make numerous International
phone calls, which would obviously be cost-prohibitive for me.
However, it may be that a UK Researcher would be able to get this
information for you.

I regret that I was unable to obtain more detailed information for
you.
