Where I can find the general filing instructions for New York State Adoption Forms?

The New York State adoption process requires potential adopters to
work the process through a list of recognized adoption agencies that
are available throughout the state.  The process is somewhat different
for adopting a child from within New York, from another state, or
internationally.

If you want specific instructions for a particular adoption form,
you'll probably need to get that directly from an adoption agency in
New York.

adoption process in New York, I'd be glad to provide that information

112, 115 SCPA 1725(!) form 1-C. #DRL 111, 112-b, 113, 114 form 13-B.
#DRL111(1)(f), 115(4)form 2-B. #SSL 374; 22 NY CRR 205.53(b)(8) fom
9-B. and DRL 112(7), 113 form 6.
