NOT HOW TO SPELL BUT MY GUESS IS ABU DUBY. CAN YOU HELP ME WITH THE

The most common correct spelling of the country you have in mind is
"Abu Dhabi". An alternate correct spelling is "Abu Zaby". This emirate
is not an independent state, but part of the "United Arab Emirates"
(UAE), a federal state consisting of seven emirates of which Abu Dhabi
is the largest. Abu Dhabi is also the federal capital of the UAE.
The current ruler of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi is Sheikh Zayed bin
Sultan Al Nahyan, the population is 928,360.
