Where can I find double sided copper clad unused printed circuit board
material for very cheap (surplus/wholesale) prices.  So far the
cheapest I have found is on ebay at the link below.

I need sheets of material 12 x 12 or larger.  I would even take very
large sheets that I could cut down.  My main requirement is low cost
decent quality boards.

Hello again, I also see that it's hard to find a PCB matching the
price that you saw on the Ebay link. A $20 PCB sure seems hard to
find.
