I need essay between 1200-1400 words, in order to use it as a
structure and base to create my own one .It is because a big range of
sources (MAINLY BOOKS) are important to me, in order to expand my
work.

The short essay have to follow a theoritical IR perspective(s),
linking this with the role or (functioning or not fuctioning) of the
international institution.
