I have 9 days to find some  life-sized cardboard cutouts of PGA or
famous Golf Celebrities to buy or rent for a local Golf Tournament. 
It could be any or all of these:Tiger Woods, Arnold Palmer, Ernie Els,
Ben Hogan, Davis Love, Sammy Snead, The Shark, Jack Nicklas.  Please
help!

I am posting this as a clarification for now since I cannot assure you
that you will be able to obtain the life-size cardboard cutouts with
the information I have.
 
I inquired at The Golf Nut Society for the cardboard cutouts and the
“Head Nut” responded the following:

“You will need to contact the PGA Tour to get the phone number of the
players' agents, and then call the agents.  The PGA Tour phone number
is 904-285-3700.  Ask for Communications.”

After doing more research I found out that IMG, the Cleveland-based
sports management firm manages many PGA sport celebrities such as
Tiger Woods, Annika Sorenstam, Karrie Webb, David Duval, Vijay Singh,

Hi Frfcf, 

I have spoken with a few people who run novelty stores that carry
life-size figures like the ones you're looking for, and they all said
that the problems you will face are licencing and trademark issues. 
The catalog that they all seem to work out of only shows the Three
Stooges as life-size golfers, along with some generic-looking guy that
has some humorous speech bubbles saying things like "Well, that was a
duck the ball hit, but we'll call it a birdie" and things like that. 
If either of these can work for you as an answer, let me know, and
I'll get you in touch with the right people.

If the stooges were individually presented, it actually might have
been funny- but all together, it won't work.  Nice try though.

A few years ago,Maxfli golf balls had a full size cut outs of Jack
N.,Greg N.,Fred C.and one other.They were used for golf ball
displays,sorry I threw mine out years ago.Good luck
