A General from Florida in Civil War was known as the
"Rocking Horse" General.  Where can I get more information
on him?

As you can tell by the fact that your question is not answered yet,
the Researchers are having a hard time finding information on this
general.  Perhaps you can help us.  When and where did you hear about
this general?  Do you know any facts about him, or about the battles
in which he fought?  Any information might be helpful.
