I am looking for a Business Consultant (or firm) in the Philadelphia
Area that specializes in setup for a new retail business.  The person
(or firm) must have experience in children's clothing.

Assume you are trying to start up a retail store,
check out this question asked previously.  Also,
major consulting firms can help you with this,
but will be expensive.  There are books out there
also "Starting a Retail Store" (example of title).
A cost effective method to do this would be to
do the bulk of the work yourself and then use
the consultant to fill in the gaps and as an expert
to help guide you.  Good luck.
