If someone created a shell company and got it listed on the SEC, but
it's not listed on the Pink Sheets or Nasdaq, is there any resell
value to that shell? What is the resell value if it does get listed?
What is required to be listed? (In a nutshell)

The listing on the SEC has the 10SB12G , 10kSB (x6) and SB-2
