About Extendicare, a long term care provider (nursing home and
assisted living facilities):
On the valuation side, is there an argument to believe that per bed
valuations on the nursing home and assisted living side are not the
most appropriate and even if good measures, are there others you think
we as a team should look at? If not clear from the public documents,
are these issues ones that should qualify your overall views? Is the
structural placement of debt within a corporate organizations
something that can affect the relative value of securities within the
organization and therefore maybe something worthy of attention /
comment?
