Dear Skoshi:

Where are you located? The product you are seeking is probably
available from a strong food service distributor such as Sysco, or
Gordon Food Service or wholesale grocers such as Smart & Final. The
product you are seeking may best be served by using parchment paper.
You can generally find parchment paper at any good grocery store in
the baking section. Twelve inch wide parchment paper is surely
available. You can cut it to the length you need.

I assume you are seeking the liner to allow the product in the buffet
trays to not stick to the bottom of the pan making clean up much
easier. Parchment paper should be the item due to its heat resistance
and quick release from sticky foods.

If you can tell me your general location, I can do further work to
find an exact match of supplier and customer...

My search strategy for this comment is from my general knowledge of
the food service industry, my personal experience as a cook, and
searching on Google for:
"food service distributors", Gordon Food Service, and Sysco Food
Service which are familiar companies to me...
