I am looking for an article that several friends saw in print in March
2003 which discusses the two superpowers in the world today, the US
and public opinion.  This is not the quote from Tulsa found in the BBC
interactive website.  I need link to article for  teaching.

February 17, 2003, New York Times.  The article, entitled "A New Power
In The Streets, was written by Patrick E. Tyler and is labeled as
"News Analysis."  Here is its lead paragraph:
