It looks like you've already done a pretty good job on your meta tag
keywords and descriptions.
To make sure your meta keywords get properly indexed, I would insert a
space between "100%" and "human hair" in your Spider meta description
above. You might also try adding the terms "dress up, dress-up,
disguise, disguises, wig, costumes, hairstyle, hairstyles" and correct
the spelling of "occasion" and add "occasions".
The current wisdom is that any more than 3 or 4 occurrences of a
certain keyword is overkill; any more occurrences will probably be
ignored, and may even cause negative effects on your Search Engine
ranking for those words.
You can check your keyword density by inputting your URL at Search
Engine World's Keyword Density Analyzer (ignore words of *2*
characters or less):

You want to do a good job with your meta tags because many Search
Engines still look at them; however, Google and some other Search
Engines now ignore meta tags because webmasters were "stacking" them
with hundreds of unrelated terms.
These Search Engines use actual text as big determining factor in
whether your site is content-rich, so I suggest putting some
additional text on your Home Page. Right now your text consists only
of
"I accept payment through PayPal!, the #1 online payment service!
Designed by Diffusion Interactive site last updated 3/24/03 @ 6:43 pm"
You might consider splitting your "About Us" page into two; put the
"About Us" info at the bottom of your HOME page, and label the
remainder of the "About Us" page as "Reviews" instead.
In addition, you will want to label your links with "alt" tags (text
that "pops up" when the user mouses over the link). For example,
<td width="63" height="55"><a href="lashes.htm"
onMouseOut="MM_swapImgRestore()"
onMouseOver="MM_swapImage('circle_lashes','','images/circle_lashes2.jpg',1)"><img
name="circle_lashes" src="images/circle_lashes.jpg" width="61"
height="55" border="0" alt="Fake Eyelashes"</a></td>
For some excellent tips on "alt" tags, see the Webmonkey Tutorial on
"Accessible HTML" by Matt Margolin at:

To encourage Search Engine robots to crawl and index your page,
include the following robots <meta> tags:
<meta name="Robots" content="index,follow">
<meta name="revisit-after" content="10 Days">
Also, upload a text file (this can be created with Notepad) to your
server with the URL http://www.deviouswigs.com/robots.txt which
contains
the following:
User-agent: *
Disallow:
This file will also encourage Search Engine robots to crawl and index
your page; it tells robots that they are all allowed to index your
site, and that you do not forbid them to visit any area of it. To
ensure that your robots.txt file is done correctly, run it through the
robots.txt file validator at Search Engine World:
http://www.searchengineworld.com/cgi-bin/robotcheck.cgi
In terms of usability / readability, I recommend reducing the size of
your http://www.deviouswigs.com/images/picture.jpg image, so that your
menu bar shows on the browser page without the user having to scroll
down to find it. Otherwise, for someone who does not notice the scroll
bar, it might look like your only menu options are "About Us" and
"Contact Us".
I do like your menu bar on the Home page, and I would recommend
replacing the menu bars at the bottom of your other pages with this
same menu bar. In addition, I encourage you to consider putting the
menu bar at the TOP of each page, rather than the bottom, so that the
user does not have to scroll down to access it.
