I am looking for a voicemail & toll-free number provider to use for an
info line. Consumers will call, hear the information and have the
option to leave their contact info. Ive already checked out some
companies (listed below) and want to see if there are better deals
available.
These are the features I need:
1. Toll-free number registered in my name or option to buy for a
nominal fee if I change service providers.
2. Able to choose a vanity number (ie. 1-800-FLOWERS) and pay a
one-time fee, not a monthly fee
3. Voicemail messages emailed to me or web control panel access to
listen to messages
4. No limit on number of messages allowed or a high limit like 3000
messages per month
5. A one minute or longer greeting allowed
6. No long-term contract
7. Call blocking (a blacklist that I can setup to filter out system
abusers)
8. Call limiting (only allow a certain number of calls per day from
any single number)
9. Less than 10 cents per minute usage charge
10. Able to change greeting at any time
11. Caller ID
12. Timestamp
13. Low setup fee
14. No minimum usage
15. Credit card billing
I am not really interested in any features not listed above. For
example, I have no use for call forwarding, live operator, calling
card, custom routing, fax mail, etc.
I do not want to provide my social security number, buy prepaid
minutes or switch my current long distance provider. I do not want to
buy a toll-free number at one place and transfer it to a different
company to get the voicemail.
Here are some companies Ive checked out.
http://www.workeasy.com/
$19.95/month plus usage at 5.9 cents per minute.
No vanity number option. Didnt see info about call blocking/limiting
or setup fee.
http://www.zeroeffort.com
$99.99 setup. $12/month plus usage at 6.9 cents per minute (vanity
number is $10 of this monthly charge)
Didnt see info about number of messages allowed, call limiting,
greeting length.
http://www.fvsystems.com/
$19.95/month plus usage at 7.9 cents per minute (can prepay for lower
per minute charge)
Email message delivery is addition $10/month; web access for
$15/month.
Of these three, zeroeffort.com appears to have the best deal for my
needs. So, what Id like is a list of 3 to 5 other companies that meet
or beat this deal and have all the features Ive listed above.
Thanks. |
